Delivery
We pack your order and hand it over to the carrier, as a rule, within 1–3 working days of receiving payment.

Delivery to a parcel locker is free for orders of €100 or more.
The carrier will notify you of the parcel’s arrival by SMS or e-mail. Parcels are usually kept in the parcel locker for 7 days.
We currently deliver within Estonia. If you would like your order delivered to another EU country, write to info@inlove.ee before ordering and we will get back to you.
If the parcel is visibly damaged when you receive it, take photos of the packaging and the product and let us know within 3 working days at info@inlove.ee — we will resolve the matter together with the carrier.
Returns — 14 days
A buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
- Send a statement of withdrawal to info@inlove.ee, stating your order number and the bank account for the refund.
- Send the goods within 14 days to TIN.CANDLES OÜ, Tähesaju tee 21-122 (Meteo Maja, 2nd floor), Tallinn. Please pack the goods so that they cannot be damaged in transit.
- We refund all payments, including the delivery cost of the cheapest delivery method, no later than 14 days after receiving your statement. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent them.
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless the goods sent were wrong or defective — in that case we cover the costs.
A product being returned may only be handled to establish its nature and characteristics — just as in a regular shop. If a candle has been burned, a fragrance product put into use or the packaging destroyed, we have the right to deduct the diminished value of the product from the refund.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to buyers who are legal persons or to products made to order personally (e.g. a candle with an individual engraving or label).
Defective goods
We are liable for defects in the goods for 2 years from delivery. Notify us of a defect within two months of discovering it at info@inlove.ee, including your order number, a description of the defect and, if possible, a photo.
